(1) What is aging resolution? The method of heating the castings after solution treatment to the set temperature and publishing them again after a period of time is called aging. If the aging enhancement is completed in a natural environment that is higher than the indoor temperature and is insulated for a period of time, it is called artificial service aging. (2) What is the quenching solution? Aluminum alloy castings are generally heated to about 300°C, and after a certain period of heat insulation, the process of cooling to room temperature with the furnace is called quenching. During the quenching period, the solid solution will split, and the second phase particles will be combined, which can remove the thermal stress of the casting, keep the limit of the casting solid, prevent deformation, and improve the plastic deformation of the casting.
(3) What is solid solution treatment? The casting is heated to a melting point similar to that of co-crystallization, and then kept at that temperature for a longer time, and then dexterously refrigerated, so that the strengthening components can best melt, and store this high temperature condition until the room temperature. This process The process is called solution treatment. Solution treatment can improve the compressive strength and plastic deformation of castings, and can only improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy. The actual effect of the solution treatment is generally related to the solution treatment temperature, the time of the solution treatment heat insulation, and the cooling rate.
Because carbon steel cast iron products are formed differently, different carding methods are required.
