Generally, the coating configuration is to put silica sol first, add wetting agent and stir, add fireproof particles during the stirring, and finally add defoaming additives. In order to ensure the quality of the coating, when all the surface coatings are pellets, the stirring time should exceed 24h before they can be applied. If part of the new seasoning is new, the stirring time can be reduced to 12h. For the surface coatings, when all the coatings are newly prepared, the stirring time exceeds 10h, and when some are newly prepared, the stirring time can be reduced by half. If the selected paint has not been applied, it should be sealed and sealed to avoid water volatilization.
