How to perform heat treatment in precision casting

According to the different purposes of precision casting, there are many types of heat treatments, which can basically be divided into two types: one is that the structure remains unchanged or should not change through heat treatment, and the other is that the basic structure changes. Heat treatment technology is mainly used to eliminate stainless steel castings. The internal stress generated under various cooling conditions and conditions cannot significantly change the heat treatment, structure, strength and other mechanical properties.

Category 2 is the main changes in the "Al Qaeda" organization, mainly in the following five aspects:

1. Annealing: Its purpose is mainly to decompose carbides, reduce their hardness and improve processing performance. For ductile iron, the goal is to obtain more ferrite structure.

2. Normalizing treatment: The main purpose is to obtain pearlite and sorbite structures and improve the mechanical properties of stainless steel castings.

3. Quenching treatment: to make it have higher hardness or wear resistance and surface wear resistance.

4. Surface hardening treatment: mainly to obtain surface hardening layer and surface wear resistance.

5. Precipitation hardening treatment: Its main purpose is to obtain strength without causing a sharp change in elongation.
