2. The carbon content in the smelting components of cast steel production is not strictly controlled, especially the carbon content in various scrap steels and whether there are other alloy components in various scrap steels.
3. There are many pattern combination bonding surfaces in castings. The quality of pattern combinations is poor. The combination surface is not smooth and flat, resulting in an increase in the amount of glue during combination bonding and an increase in the carbon content of its thermal decomposition products.
4. The selection of white mold adhesive is unreasonable.
