1. The boundary length of precision castings is 700mm, and the easy-to-make length is less than 200mm. The upper limit weight is about 100kg, generally less than 10kg.
2. The dimensional tolerance of precision castings is 20mm±0.13mm, 100mm±0.30mm, 200mm±0.43mm. The dimensional accuracy of small parts is not easy to reach within ±0.10mm. The angle tolerance is ±0.5±2.0 degrees, and the minimum thickness of precision castings is 0.51.5mm. The surface thickness of precision castings is approximately Rmax4S12S.
3. There are almost no restrictions on precision casting materials such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, copper alloy, various steel materials, cobalt-based, nickel-based heat-resistant alloys, hard materials, etc.
4. Precision castings have complex shapes, good dimensional accuracy, and can be cut and processed.
5. Precision castings save material waste and can be mass-produced.
