For example, use self-hardening resin sand or surface dry type instead of clay sand drying type to save the energy consumption of drying the mold; strict ingredients, recognition of the appropriate composition of precision castings, adopting useful incubation programs, and eliminating castings in the as-cast state The graphitization annealing process should be revoked for the white or hard spots; the promotion of as-cast ductile iron requires that the elongation after fracture is less than 12% should be obtained in the as-cast state; try to use the frequency wave harmonic oscillation aging process to remove stress reduction Thermal aging process.

5. Large-scale production of precision casting steel enterprises, that is, the output value of each casting unit is above 5000t. 6. Progress management level, reduce the rejection rate.
