What material is Guangdong stainless steel cast steel?

  Guangdong stainless steel casting:

Guangdong stainless steel casting is a general term for iron-based alloys used to produce castings that do not undergo eutectic changes during the condensation process. A kind of casting alloy. Cast steel is divided into cast carbon steel, cast low alloy steel and cast special steel.

Classification:

① Carbon steel casting. Guangdong Stainless Steel Casting is a cast steel with carbon as the primary alloying element and a small amount of other elements. Cast low-carbon steels with carbon content less than 0.2%, cast medium-carbon steels with carbon content of 0.2%-0.5%, and cast high-carbon steels with carbon content greater than 0.5%. With the increase of carbon content, the strength of cast carbon steel increases and the hardness improves. The cast carbon steel for coffee machine parts has high strength, plasticity and durability, and low cost. It is used in heavy machinery to make parts that accept heavy loads, such as rolling mill racks, hydraulic press bases, etc.; used in railway vehicles to make Parts that are subject to great force and impact, such as bolsters, side frames, wheels, and couplers.

②Coffee machine parts are cast low-alloy steel. Cast steel containing alloying elements such as manganese, chromium and copper. The total amount of alloying elements is generally less than 5%, which has greater impact resistance and can be heat treated to obtain better mechanical properties. Casting low-alloy steel has better performance than carbon steel, which can reduce the quality of parts and improve the service life.

③ Casting special steel. The stainless steel parts of the robot are made of alloy cast steel for accustomed to special needs. There are many varieties, and generally contain one or more high amount of alloying elements to obtain a certain special performance. For example, high-manganese steel containing 11%-14% manganese can withstand impact and wear, and is mostly used in mining machinery, robot stainless steel fittings and construction machinery wear-resistant parts; various stainless steels with chromium or chromium-nickel as the primary alloying element are used in Corrosion or parts that work under high temperature conditions above 650℃, such as chemical valve bodies, pumps, containers, or steam turbine shells of large-capacity power stations.
