The welding supplementation area in the product refers to the expanded area. Stainless steel precision castings shall not be welded more than 3 times in the same place. The distance between the castings on the edge of the welding area, including the welding area on the back, must not be less than the sum of the diameters of the adjacent welding areas. The castings supplied in the heat-treated state need to be heat-treated in the original state after the welding is supplemented. The mechanical properties of stainless steel castings after heat treatment need to be checked effectively, and the area of ​​the arc welding area in the castings shall not be less than 2cm2. The welding area of ​​the equipment shall not have a profit of 100 mm, and heat treatment shall not be carried out during use, but the stainless steel castings shall not exceed 5 places. Stainless steel precision castings must not be cracked or unwelded during welding. The maximum diameter of the casting in any welding area shall not exceed 2 mm, and the pores and inclusions shall not exceed 1/3 of the wall thickness. The margin of the product shall not exceed 10 mm. . Stainless steel castings work in corrosive medium and atmosphere, the product is not allowed to use welding chemicals during welding, and it is allowed to conduct penetration treatment on dense stainless steel castings.
