Tempering treatment of stainless steel precision casting

Stainless steel precision casting is an advanced near-net forming process, and the commonly used method is medium temperature wax precision casting. So what should I do if tempering occurs in stainless steel precision casting?
The tempering method of stainless steel precision casting is as follows:
1. Low temperature tempering: The tempering temperature is 150~250℃, and the obtained microstructure is isothermal martensite, that is, part of carbon is precipitated from supersaturated martensite, and carbides are formed around the martensite. This steel contains very little carbon, and there is almost no supersaturated carbon in the martensite.
2. Intermediate temperature tempering: the tempering temperature is 350~500℃, and the tempered structure is tempered troostite with good strength and toughness. This tempering process is widely used in low alloy cast steel.
3. High temperature tempering: the tempering temperature is 500~650℃, and the tempered structure is dispersed granular sorbite. High temperature quenching and tempering is called quenching and tempering. Low-alloy steel suitable for multi-element strong carbide forming elements, with high strength and toughness.
