1. Make different molds according to different shapes of products. The mold is divided into upper and lower concave molds, which are made by lathe, planing, milling, corrosion and electric spark. Pit shape, the size is the same as the half shape of the product. Mainly used for industrial wax press molding, aluminum alloy material with low melting point, low hardness, low requirement, low price, and light weight as a mold.

2. A large number of industrial wax molds are made of aluminum alloy molds. The solid model of industrial wax usually corresponds to only one blank product. The margins around the three wax molds have been repaired. After deburring, multiple individual wax molds are attached to a prefabricated wax mold head. This wax mold is also a solid model made of industrial wax.

3. After coating the multiple wax molds fixed on the mold with industrial glue, evenly spray the first layer of fine sand (a kind of refractory sand, silica sand can be widely used at high temperatures). The fine sand ensures that the surface of the Zui blank is as smooth as possible.

The first layer of fine sand wax mold can be sprayed naturally at the set room temperature (or constant temperature), but it will not affect the shape change of the internal wax mold. The natural drying time depends on the complexity of the product. Generally speaking, the first drying time of precision casting is about 5-8 hours.

4. After the first sand blasting in natural air drying, continue to apply industrial rubber powder (silica sol) on the surface of the wax mold, and spray the second layer of sand, which is coarser than the first layer of sand. After the second sand blasting, the wax model is naturally dried at a certain temperature. After natural air-drying, a second sand blasting is carried out, followed by three sand blasting, four sand blasting, and five sand blasting. Requirements:-Adjust the number of sandblasting according to product surface requirements, size, dead weight and other factors. Generally, the number of sandblasting is 3-7 times. Each time sandblasting 8, the size of the sand produced is different. Generally, the sand grains in the subsequent process are coarser than the previous process, and the drying time is also different. Generally speaking, it takes about 3-4 days to make sand with whole sand wax.
