Heating, when solving defects in stainless steel castings, heating standards should be adhered to. The product workpiece should be heated to above 108 degrees Celsius during the entire blow welding process.
During the smelting process, try to reduce the content of PS and other toxic factors, and reduce the content of NHO and other gases and dirt. Low-phosphorus steel with intermediate aluminum alloy can bring good practical effects.
For thermal insulation, increase the holding time of sand castings appropriately, and mainly control the unpacking temperature to be lower than 70 degrees Celsius to ensure that the sand castings are fully condensed in liquid and solid states to avoid stress caused by external factors.
4. When sand is falling out, it is forbidden to pour sand molds and castings during the cleaning process of castings, and it is prohibited to use strong external forces such as box bumping to impact the falling sand to prevent cracks caused by the interaction between external forces and the thermal stress of the castings.
5. Laser cutting gate, select the appropriate gate processing technology according to the casting standards, and ensure that the ambient temperature of the gate is not lower than 300 degrees Celsius.

For the structure of stainless steel plate castings, factors that endanger the liquid and solid sealing of the castings should be fully considered during the entire casting process, such as appearance, large wall thickness, and connections.
