How to remove rust from the surface of stainless steel precision castings
Stainless steel precision casting is a casting process with little or no cutting. It is a process in the foundry industry and is widely used. It is not only suitable for the casting of various alloys. So do you know how to remove rust on the surface of stainless steel precision castings?
The method to remove rust on the surface of stainless steel precision castings is as follows:
1. Water cleaning: Upgrade the hot sand product to the reservoir, and the water entering the hot sand mold and sand core evaporates in the heat. As the water and steam evaporate, the sand mold and sand core are heated again.
2. Hydraulic sand cleaning: usually refers to the method of high-pressure injection caused by a spray gun, and inputting the precision casting sand surface and sand core through a high-pressure pump for sand cleaning. It is usually used for surface sand cleaning and core cleaning of large iron castings.
3. Electro-hydraulic sand cleaning: The key technology is the electro-hydraulic hammering effect. The high-voltage pulse generator uses electrodes placed in the water to perform relative discharge, producing a large hydraulic impact.
So we all know that the above method is mainly to remove rust on the surface of stainless steel precision castings. We all need to operate our stainless steel casting according to the above method.
