1. Castings have high dimensional accuracy, fine surface roughness values, dimensional accuracy of castings up to 4~6, surface roughness up to 0.4-3.2μm, which greatly reduces the machining allowance of castings, realizes no-surplus manufacturing, and reduces production costs.
2. Castings with complex shapes and difficult to process by other methods can be cast. The outer dimensions of the castings are as small as several millimeters to thousands of millimeters, the thinnest wall thickness is 0.5 mm, and the smallest hole diameter is below 1.0 mm.
3. Alloy materials are not limited: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, high temperature alloy, titanium alloy, precious metal and other materials can be produced by precision casting. It is suitable for difficult forging, welding and cutting alloy materials, especially for precision casting production.
4. High production flexibility and adaptability, which can be used for mass production, small batch production and even single piece production.
