After the precision casting is formed, there are more or less defects on the surface, so surface cleaning is required. The specific method is as follows:

Shot blasting. Use the strong impact force generated by high-speed running iron shots, steel balls and abrasive particles to remove and polish the surface of steel castings to achieve the purpose of cleaning the surface impurities of castings.

Friction cleaning. Although friction cleaning is also a type of dry cleaning, it is rarely used in precision castings due to its low efficiency and poor effect.

In addition, wet cleaning is also included in the surface cleaning methods of precision castings, mainly by spraying, rinsing, soaking, etc., but these methods are not suitable for precision castings.
